Customer Reviews
Reliable for gifts
This is my third time ordering from Rose And Tea, usually for gifts. This time I got a set of pink roses. They were consistent with my previous orders-fresh and delivered on time, took 5 days to reach Denver. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they haven't let me down yet. Good for when you need to send something nice and don't want to worry.
Nice roses, detailed tracking
I ordered a mixed rose bouquet for my sister's birthday. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear options for delivery dates. It took 4 days to reach her in Boston, which was within the estimated window. The tracking updates were quite specific, showing each stage from arrangement to out for delivery. The bouquet itself looked fresh upon arrival, and she sent me a picture – the colors were vibrant. I contacted support with a question about vase options before ordering, and they responded within a few hours. The overall quality of the flowers was good, and the presentation in the box was secure. No issues with wilting or damage.
Good deal on a tea set
I was looking for a tea set for one and saw they had a bundle discount on a porcelain teacup and a small teapot. It worked out to be a good bit cheaper than buying them separately, plus I got free shipping on the teacups. It felt like a solid saving, and the quality of the items is decent for the price I paid. Definitely worth it if you catch one of their deals.
Teapot was nice, slow support
I bought a vintage teacup and a larger teapot. The teapot is lovely, really well-made, and looks exactly as pictured. The teacup was also good. Shipping was okay, arrived in about a week. My only minor issue was when I tried to ask a question about care instructions; it took about two days for customer service to get back to me. It wasn't urgent, but a quicker response would have been better. Still, the products themselves are nice.
Cute teacups, fast shipping
Got myself a floral teacup and saucer set. It's really pretty! Arrived quicker than I thought, maybe 3 days. It was packed well, no chips or anything. Made my morning tea feel a bit fancier. Happy with it.
